When the Make a Wish Foundation tries to fulfill the wishes of dying children, it doesn’t always work out, but I imagine it’s usually because of things that are just out of their control, like if some kid says that he wants ride a monster truck on Mars or something. But when Make a Wish approached “Barefoot Contessa” star Ina Garten about meeting with a 6 year old boy dying of leukemia, she rejected the organization twice with an outright “no”, citing first that she had a book tour and then just that she had “scheduling conflicts”.
How rude is this! The Contessa needs a colonic.
